Give your packaging a consistent branded finish with 1,000 custom 2-inch paper labels on sheets for CA$79.95. Add your logo, artwork or message to paper labels that are easy to store, peel and apply by hand. Free Canada-wide shipping and a digital proof are included.

Custom paper labels for everyday packaging

Make product boxes, paper bags, envelopes and shipping mailers feel like part of your brand. These labels also work well for gift packaging, thank-you messages, promotional handouts and event favour bags. For bakeries and other food businesses, use them on the outside of clean, dry packaging.

Choose your shape and finish

Select die-cut, circle, square, rectangle, rounded or oval, with a matte or gloss finish. Each pack contains 1,000 individual labels in your choice of 2-inch or 3-inch finished size, printed with one design and arranged on sheets. Your proof confirms the artwork proportions and cut line before production.

Upgrade to 3-inch labels — 43% off

Choose 1,000 3-inch paper labels for CA$124.95, compared with CA$217.99 for the equivalent regular configuration. That is 43% off the regular configuration, and just CA$45.00 more than the 2-inch deal. The upgrade includes the same quantity, one design, your choice of matte or gloss finish and a digital proof.

Made for dry indoor use

Paper is a practical choice for everyday indoor packaging. Apply your labels to clean, dry surfaces. They are not waterproof, and a gloss finish does not add waterproof protection.

Upload your artwork and approve your proof

Upload your design with the order or choose to send it later. We review your file and prepare a digital proof; printing begins after your approval.

Questions sur 1000 Paper Labels on Sheets

What is included in the 1,000 paper labels deal?

You receive 1,000 individual custom-printed paper labels at 2 inches for CA$79.95 or 3 inches for CA$124.95, supplied on sheets. The quantity refers to labels, not sheets; the sheet count depends on the selected shape and layout. One design, your chosen shape and finish, a digital proof and free Canada-wide shipping are included.

What material and finish can I choose? Are the labels waterproof?

These labels are printed on paper with your choice of matte or gloss finish. Matte offers a low-shine look; gloss adds a shiny surface. Paper labels are intended for clean, dry indoor applications and are not waterproof. A gloss finish does not make paper waterproof.

Where can I use custom paper labels on sheets?

Use them for logo labels on product boxes, paper shopping bags, envelopes, shipping mailers, retail packaging, gift boxes and event favour bags. They also suit thank-you stickers, promotional labels and labels on the outside of dry bakery or confectionery packaging. Apply to a clean, dry surface and test a sample on textured, coated or curved packaging. Avoid wet, oily or hot surfaces and packaging that develops condensation.

Can I upgrade to 3-inch labels, and how does the 43% saving work?

Yes. Select 3-inch labels for CA$124.95 per 1,000 labels — just CA$45.00 more than the 2-inch deal. The equivalent 3 x 3 inch, 1,000-label paper configuration has a regular price of CA$217.99, so this deal saves 43%. Both sizes include one design and your chosen shape and matte or gloss finish. The final proportions and cut line are confirmed on your proof.

How do I send my artwork, and will I approve a proof?

Upload your artwork when ordering, or choose Email artwork later. We accept PDF, AI, EPS, PNG, JPG, JPEG, TIF, TIFF and SVG files, up to 50 MB per file. Send the best version you have; you do not need to prepare a cut line yourself. We check the artwork and send a digital proof for approval before printing. You can request changes to the proof.

When will my paper labels ship, and is delivery included?

A digital proof is usually emailed within one business day. Printing and shipping normally take 1–3 business days after you approve the proof; delivery transit time is additional. Free Canada-wide shipping is included. For delivery outside Canada, available rates are shown at checkout.
