Quick summary: Because every order is custom, please check your product choices, artwork, spelling, QR codes, shipping address, and proof before production. Once work has started, changes or cancellations may not always be possible. Custom print results can vary by artwork, material, finish, lighting, screen settings, and surface.

Artwork and proofs
You are responsible for the artwork content and information you upload or approve, including spelling, names, dates, phone numbers, QR codes, barcodes and your permission to use the artwork. We are responsible for the cut, bleed and production setup shown on the proof. Please review the proof carefully before approving it.
We check files for print setup, but we cannot guarantee that we will catch every typo, incorrect number, low-resolution detail, color concern, QR-code issue, barcode issue or design mistake. Production is based on the proof you approve.
Print and colour variation
Colours can look different on a phone, monitor, proof, and printed product. Material colour, finish, coating, lighting, and file setup can all affect the final look. We do our best to print cleanly, but exact screen-to-print colour matching is not guaranteed.
Material and finish appearance
Gloss, matte, clear, holographic, foil, vinyl, paper, and other finishes can change how colours, white ink, transparency, and fine details appear. Product photos and samples are helpful guides, but they may not show every lighting condition or artwork result.
Product application and use
Sticker and label performance depends on the product, surface, temperature, moisture, cleaning products, handling, and application method. Test first if the product will be used on packaging, vehicles, drinkware, food containers, outdoor surfaces, or any regulated product.
Custom orders, changes, and cancellations
Most products we sell are custom made. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Once artwork review, proofing, printing, cutting, packing, or production work has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
Payment
Payments are processed through Stripe and any other payment methods shown at checkout. SparkStickers does not store full credit card details on our website. Prices, taxes, discounts, and shipping charges are shown during checkout where applicable.
Production and delivery estimates
Production times and delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees, unless we confirm otherwise in writing. Timing can change because of artwork issues, proofing, material availability, order volume, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other events outside our control.
Website information accuracy
We try to keep product details, pricing, photos, and availability accurate. Mistakes can happen. We may correct errors, update product information, or contact you if an order is affected by incorrect website information.
No professional advice
We can help with printing questions, but we are not a legal, regulatory, safety, food-labeling, engineering, or packaging-compliance advisor. If your product has special rules or requirements, please confirm those requirements before ordering.
Customer rights and permissions
By uploading artwork, logos, names, photos, designs, trademarks, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to use and reproduce that content. You are responsible for any claims connected to content you provide.
Limits of responsibility
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SparkStickers is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses connected to a product, delay, artwork issue, website issue, or order. Our responsibility for an order is limited to the amount paid for the affected product, unless the law requires otherwise.
