Are clear stickers completely transparent?
The unprinted material is transparent. Printed inks and any supported opaque layers will change how much of the surface shows through. The final look also depends on the background color and lighting.
What surfaces work best for clear stickers?
Smooth glass, finished plastic and sealed packaging give clear stickers their cleanest, most seamless appearance. Applying them to a clean surface helps the adhesive make full contact and keeps the design looking polished.
Will light colors show on a dark bottle or window?
Clear stickers look brightest on light and mid-tone surfaces. For a dark bottle or window, tell us the background colour and we will help adjust the artwork for stronger contrast before you approve the proof.
Can clear stickers have a custom shape?
Yes. Choose the available finished size and upload the artwork. We’ll create the cut line and shows the final shape on the proof.
Are clear stickers waterproof or dishwasher-safe?
Clear vinyl is designed to handle moisture and everyday use. Hand washing helps it look its best for longer; if repeated dishwasher exposure is important, share the application and we will recommend the most suitable setup.
Will the digital proof show the exact transparency?
The proof shows layout, size, cut setup and the proposed transparent or opaque treatment, but screens cannot perfectly simulate every real surface. Approve it when it looks right or ask for a contrast change.
