Choose the total number of labels you need. The configurator shows the corresponding sheet count for your selected size and shape, so you can see what you are ordering before uploading your artwork.
The current builder uses 8.5 × 11-inch sheets. Larger labels fit fewer times on a sheet. Use the live count in the configurator for your selected layout; the number of labels per sheet is not the same for every size.

Review your artwork before printing
Select your options, upload your artwork and complete your order. We prepare a digital proof showing the artwork, finished size and cut. Check your text and design, request any changes, and approve the proof before printing begins.
How many sheets will I receive?
The quantity you choose is the number of printed labels. We arrange your design on 8.5 × 11 in sheets, with space between labels for cutting.
Example: 500 labels at 2 × 2 in. The current layout fits 15 labels per sheet: 33 full sheets and a final sheet with 5 labels, for 34 sheets altogether.
Your finished size and artwork determine the final layout. Check the quantity in the configurator, then approve your free digital proof before printing. Product images show examples of artwork and sheet layouts.

Are these blank labels for a home printer?
This product is for custom-printed paper labels. Upload your artwork and we print the labels for you. It is not a pack of blank inkjet or laser-printer label sheets.
Am I ordering labels or sheets?
The quantity you select is the number of labels. The configurator also displays the sheet count for your chosen size and shape. For example, an order of 100 labels means 100 labels, not 100 sheets.
Are paper labels waterproof?
No. Paper labels are for clean, dry indoor use. For packaging exposed to moisture or condensation, compare vinyl sheet labels and choose a material suited to the application.
What products are paper sheet labels best for?
They are a great fit for boxes, paper bags, envelopes, product inserts, address labels and shelf-stable retail packaging. The sheet format keeps them organized and easy to apply by hand.
Can I use paper labels on bottles or jars?
You can use them on clean, dry containers kept in suitable indoor conditions. For chilled, damp or frequently washed containers, vinyl or another tested material is usually a safer starting point.
Can customers write on the labels?
Possibly, but writeability depends on the selected finish and the pen or marker. A sample or physical test is the most reliable way to confirm handwritten dates, prices or batch information.
Can the labels have a custom shape?
Use the shape and size choices displayed in the builder. For an unusual shape, upload the artwork and SparkStickers will create the cut or confirm whether a custom quote is needed.
Will I receive a proof?
Yes. The proof shows the artwork, finished size and cut. Approve it when you are happy or ask for changes. The business remains responsible for the accuracy of addresses, ingredients, prices and other product information.
