Choose the total number of labels you need. The configurator shows the corresponding sheet count for your selected size and shape, so you can see what you are ordering before uploading your artwork.
The current builder uses 8.5 × 11-inch sheets. Larger labels fit fewer times on a sheet. Use the live count in the configurator for your selected layout; the number of labels per sheet is not the same for every size.

Select your options, upload your artwork and complete your order. We prepare a digital proof showing the artwork, finished size and cut. Check your text and design, request any changes, and approve the proof before printing begins.
How many sheets will I receive?
The quantity you choose is the number of printed labels. We arrange your design on 8.5 × 11 in sheets, with space between labels for cutting.
Example: 500 labels at 2 × 2 in. The current layout fits 15 labels per sheet: 33 full sheets and a final sheet with 5 labels, for 34 sheets altogether.
Your finished size and artwork determine the final layout. Check the quantity in the configurator, then approve your free digital proof before printing. Product images show examples of artwork and sheet layouts.

Are these blank labels for a home printer?
This product is for custom-printed paper labels. Upload your artwork and we print the labels for you. It is not a pack of blank inkjet or laser-printer label sheets.
Am I ordering labels or sheets?
The quantity you select is the number of labels. The configurator also displays the sheet count for your chosen size and shape. For example, an order of 100 labels means 100 labels, not 100 sheets.
Should I choose matte or gloss paper labels?
Matte gives paper labels a low-sheen appearance; gloss adds a shinier surface. Choose the look that suits your packaging and artwork. If you need to write dates, batch numbers or prices by hand, test your chosen pen on the actual finish first. Neither finish makes paper labels waterproof.
When should I choose paper sheets instead of paper rolls?
Choose sheets when you label by hand, store labels flat or work with smaller packaging batches. Rolls are worth comparing for repeated application, a dispenser or compatible labelling equipment. Compare the same finished size and label quantity; a sheet count and a roll count are not equivalent quantities.
Which packaging projects suit custom paper label sheets?
For a dry cardboard box, use a logo label on the lid or side. For a paper bag or envelope, use a brand, address or thank-you label on a clean, smooth area. A dry indoor jar can use a product-information label, provided the surface and storage conditions suit the material. Check the final label size against the actual package before ordering.
Are paper labels waterproof?
No. Paper labels are for clean, dry indoor use. For packaging exposed to moisture or condensation, compare vinyl sheet labels and choose a material suited to the application.
How do I choose a label size for boxes and bags?
Measure the flat area where the label will sit, leaving room around folds, edges and openings. Print the free sticker size guide at 100% and test the outline on the actual package. Choose that finished label size and your total label quantity in the builder, then check the cut and artwork on your digital proof.
Can I order different designs or a custom shape?
Choose the available shape and artwork-version options in the builder. Identify each design and its required quantity when uploading. For mixed sizes, multiple designs on one sheet or a layout the builder does not offer, request a quote so the arrangement and price can be confirmed before production.
