Artwork & Getting Started
Where are you based?
We’re based in Ajax, Ontario, Canada, and serve customers across Canada and the United States.
Can I upload my own artwork?
Yes. Upload the best version you have when you order, or use our Upload Artwork page if you want help choosing a product first. You don’t need to add cut lines, bleed or make the file print-ready.
What file types can I upload?
You can upload PDF, AI, EPS, PNG, JPG, JPEG, TIFF or TIF files up to 50 MB. Vector files are welcome, but they aren’t required. If your file is larger or in another format, contact us and we’ll help.
Do I need to add bleed or a cut line?
No. Upload the artwork you have. We’ll add the cut line, bleed, spacing and anything else needed for printing, then send you a proof.
What happens after I upload my artwork?
We’ll check the artwork, get it ready for print and email you a digital proof. Approve it when everything looks right, or tell us what you’d like changed. Nothing is printed until you approve.
Can you help me choose the right sticker or label?
Yes. Send us the artwork and tell us where the sticker or label will be used. We’ll help you choose between individual stickers, label sheets and roll labels, along with a material and finish that make sense for the job.
Choosing a Sticker or Label
What does die cut mean?
A die cut sticker is trimmed around the outside shape of your artwork instead of being cut as a basic square or rectangle. It’s a good choice when you want the sticker shape to follow a logo, character or illustration. See our Die Cut Stickers.
Should I choose individual stickers, label sheets or roll labels?
Individual stickers work well for giveaways, packaging inserts, events and general branding. Label sheets keep several labels on flat sheets and are handy for smaller runs or occasional hand application. Roll labels are better for repeated application, dispensers and larger packaging runs.
Compare Custom Stickers, Label Sheets and Roll Labels, or send us your artwork if you’re not sure.
How do I choose the right sticker size?
Use our online and printable sticker size guide to compare shapes and dimensions, check sizes at true scale on your screen, and print label outlines before you order.

How do I order custom Label Sheets?
Follow our step-by-step Label Sheet ordering guide to choose the sheet setup, material, finish, quantity, and artwork options.
How do I order Roll Labels?
Follow our step-by-step Roll Label ordering guide for help with shape, size, material, finish, roll direction, quantity, and artwork.
Should I choose vinyl or paper?
Vinyl is the go-to choice for moisture resistance, frequent handling and longer-lasting indoor or outdoor branding. Paper delivers crisp print quality and excellent value for dry indoor packaging, short-run labels and giveaways.
Which stickers are best for outdoor use?
Vinyl is our recommended material for outdoor stickers because it handles moisture, changing temperatures and frequent handling better than paper. Start with our Waterproof Vinyl Stickers and tell us the surface and location so we can help optimize the finish.
Are your stickers waterproof or dishwasher-safe?
Our vinyl options are designed for moisture and everyday wear, while paper is ideal for dry indoor packaging. Hand washing gives stickers on reusable containers the longest-lasting result; for repeated dishwasher use, contact us and we will help choose the most suitable construction.
How will clear artwork look on a colored container?
Clear material creates a seamless look by letting the surface become part of the design. It looks brightest on light and mid-tone backgrounds, and we will help optimize contrast for dark or busy surfaces before you approve the proof. See Clear Stickers and Transparent Label Sheets.
Can a digital proof show holographic or foil shine exactly?
Your digital proof clearly shows the size, cut, artwork placement and every area receiving the specialty finish. Holographic and metallic materials add movement in real light, and a sample or smaller first run is available when you want to experience the physical effect before a larger order.
Proofs, Production & Shipping
Will I see a proof before anything is printed?
Yes. We’ll email you a digital proof after the artwork is uploaded. Check the size, cut and layout, then approve it or tell us what you’d like changed. Nothing is printed until you approve the proof.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Proofs are usually sent within one business day after we receive the order and artwork. Most standard orders are produced within 1–3 business days after proof approval. Shipping time is added after production.
Larger quantities, specialty materials, several artwork versions, proof changes and busy production periods can take longer.
When does production start?
Production starts after payment is complete, the order details are confirmed and you approve the proof. If you ask for a change, we’ll update the proof before the order moves to print.
Can you guarantee delivery by my event or launch date?
Contact us before placing the order. Send the product, quantity, delivery location and needed-by date, and we’ll check the timeline with you. Production timing and carrier delivery can vary, so an unconfirmed deadline should not be promised at checkout.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is free on orders over $60 to Canada and the United States. For orders under $60, the shipping cost is shown at checkout. Expedited options are also shown at checkout when available.
Will I receive tracking?
When tracking is available, it will be emailed to the address used at checkout after the order ships. Check that your email and shipping address are correct before placing the order.
Orders, Reorders & Problems
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible. We’ll help when we can, but changes or cancellations may not be possible after the order has moved into proofing or production.
Can I reorder the same design?
Yes. Send us the name, email address or order number from the previous order. If we still have the artwork and order details, we’ll help you place the reorder. Let us know if anything needs to change.
What if my order arrives damaged or has a production issue?
Contact us within seven days of delivery. Include the order number, clear photos of the issue and photos of the packaging if it arrived damaged. We’ll check what happened and follow the current refund, reprint or replacement policy.
Still not sure?
Send us the artwork and a few details about the project. We’ll point you in the right direction.
