Stickers cut around your artwork
Die cut stickers follow the outside edge of your artwork, so the finished piece takes the shape of your logo, illustration or design. They give packaging, merch, events and giveaways a more custom look than a standard square or circle.
Choose the size, material, finish and quantity, then upload the artwork you have. We’ll create the cut, add a border when requested and send a proof showing the final shape. Nothing is printed until you approve it.
Questions about Custom Die Cut Stickers
What is the difference between die cut and kiss cut stickers?
A die cut sticker is trimmed through the sticker and its backing to the outside shape of the artwork. A kiss cut sticker is cut through the sticker layer while leaving a larger backing area around it, which can make peeling and handling easier.
Do I need to create the cut line?
No. Upload whatever artwork you have. We’ll create the cut line and border, then shows the finished shape on the digital proof. Approve it when it looks right or ask for a change.
Can a die cut sticker have a white border?
Yes. We can add a visible border or prepare a closer cut around the design. The proposed border appears on the proof, and can ask for a change.
Can I order a custom size?
Yes. Select the available finished size in the builder and upload the artwork. SparkStickers fits the design to that size and flags any detail that may need adjustment on the proof.
Are die cut stickers suitable for packaging?
Yes. They work well on boxes, bags, mailers, jars and packaging inserts when the selected material suits the surface. We can review moisture or refrigeration needs when those details are included with the order.
Will I receive a proof before printing?
Yes. The proof shows the artwork, finished size and cut shape. Production starts only after the proof and order details are approved.
