How to Order Label Sheets
Follow the nine decisions in the Custom Label Sheets builder, including sheet fit, artwork versions, total label quantity, artwork upload, cart, and checkout.

Before you begin
Plan size, quantity, and versions
Have the finished label size, total number of labels, and number of different designs in mind. The builder shows the sheet size and estimated labels per sheet for the selected dimensions.

From sheet setup to checkout

Shape
Choose the label shape
Select a standard shape or Diecut when each label should follow a custom contour.

Size and sheet fit
Choose the finished size
Select the label dimensions, then check the displayed sheet size and labels-per-sheet estimate. Larger labels generally fit fewer per sheet.

Material
Choose the label stock
Compare paper, vinyl, clear, and holographic options for the intended surface and environment.

Finish
Choose the surface finish
Select the available matte or gloss finish that suits the material and desired appearance.

Artwork versions
Count the different designs
One artwork means one design. Increase the version count when the order contains multiple designs; the upload step asks for one file per version.

Total label quantity
Choose how many labels you need
Select the total number of individual labels, not the number of sheets. The option also shows the corresponding sheet count for the selected size.

Artwork upload
Upload one file per version
Attach the number of files requested by the version selector. A print-ready file is helpful but not required; the artwork proof lets you review each setup before production.

What is an artwork version?
Each different design is one artwork version. Upload one file for every version in the order.
Can I order specialty materials the same way?
Yes. Paper, vinyl, transparent, holographic, and foil sheet-label products follow the same core pattern.
Will anything print before I approve it?
No. Production begins after you approve the digital artwork proof.
