Before you begin

Know how the labels will be used

Have the approximate finished size, application method, and quantity in mind. If a dispenser or machine will apply the labels, confirm its roll and leading-edge requirements before choosing a direction.

From roll setup to checkout

  1. Shape

    Choose the label shape

    Select a standard shape or Die-Cut when the label should follow a custom contour.

  2. Finished size

    Choose the width and height

    Pick the finished label dimensions that fit the container, package, or application area.

  3. Material

    Choose the label stock

    Compare paper, plastic, clear, foil, and holographic choices for the intended surface and environment.

  4. Finish

    Choose the surface finish

    Select the available matte, gloss, or soft-touch finish that suits the material and desired look.

  5. Roll direction

    Choose the leading edge

    Select which edge should leave the roll first. The illustration describes orientation only; confirm the required setup with the dispenser or applicator manufacturer when machine compatibility matters.

  6. Quantity

    Choose how many labels you need

    Select one quantity. The displayed price updates for the current size, material, finish, and quantity.

  7. Artwork upload

    Upload the best file you have

    Choose File and attach the artwork. A print-ready file is helpful but not required; the artwork proof lets you review the setup before production.

  8. Review

    Check every selected option

    Confirm shape, size, material, finish, roll direction, and quantity before adding the item to cart.

  9. Cart and checkout

    Review the cart and continue securely

    Check the estimated total, then select Check out for contact, delivery, and payment information.

After checkout

What happens after you order

Every order includes a digital artwork proof for approval before printing. Nothing goes to production until you have reviewed and approved it.

  2. Artwork checked

    We prepare your artwork proof

    Our artwork team checks the file, sizing, cut shape, and placement before sending it to you.

  3. Your approval

    You review before we print

    We email the proof. Approve it or request a change while production stays paused.

  4. Production & delivery

    We print, pack, and ship

    After approval, production begins. We then pack the order and email tracking when it ships.

You stay in control. Production starts after you approve the artwork proof.

What does roll direction mean?

It identifies the leading edge and artwork orientation as each label leaves the roll.

Does a roll direction guarantee machine compatibility?

No. Confirm the label size, roll core, winding, spacing, and direction required by the specific machine.

Can I order specialty materials the same way?

Yes. Paper, plastic, clear, foil, and holographic roll-label products follow the same core ordering pattern.

Will anything print before I approve it?

No. Production begins after you approve the digital artwork proof.
